insein said:god i wish the eagles didnt blow it this season. All i can think about is how we could smoke either the Seahawks or Panthers with the Eagles team we had last year.

The road to the Superbowl leads through Denver, where Pittsburgh will find a Stop sign.

whichever chumpy team shows up from the AFC: 10

jimnyc said:If the Steelers were to play in the bowl, and execute the way they did against Indy (and the refs actually open their eyes) - They can't be beat. But it would take nearly as good a game to get by the Hawks. Wouldn't mind watching that game!
dmp said:You mean the Eagles last year vs the Seahawks this year? Not a chance. Beaten, perhaps - cuz "Any given Sunday"...but not 'smoked' as in 42-0. That score sound familiar?
insein said:Yea 42-0 against the 3rd string Eagles. Im talking the high powered offense and defense of the 2004 Eagles not the craptacular 2005 installment. Last years Eagles team would have mopped the floor with Seattle or Carolina and then be able to rest their starters for the 2nd half. 42-0? Thats allittle generous. It'd probably be a much bigger Eagles victory then that.
dmp said:What'd they do in 2004 but choke in the superbowl? These results don't show 'domination'.
