Trust among Democrats, who have traditionally expressed much higher levels of confidence in the media than Republicans have, dropped to a 14-year low of 54% in 2014. Republicans' trust in the media is at 27%, one percentage point above their all-time low, while independents held steady at 38% -- up one point from 37% in 2013.
Trust in Mass Media Returns to All-Time Low

Now with the FACT that 1,160 (85% of the 1,353 of the Senior executives, on-air personalities, producers, reporters, editors, writers and other self-identifying employees of ABC, CBS and NBC contributed more than $1 million to Democrats candidates and campaign committees in 2008, according to an analysis by The Examiner of data compiled by the Center for Responsive Politics.
Obama Democrats got 88 percent of 2008 contributions by TV network execs writers reporters The Daily Caller

How can these Democrats be such turncoats??
In other words with the MSM supporting Democrats/Obama and then 46% of DEMOCRATS don't trust media wow!!! This is really an eye opening.

Well first of all Drudge... he doesn't write one single word. If you visited his web page he points to stories. He doesn't WRITE stories.
As far as Fox.. independent studies as substantiated

Fox News was very tough on the last Democratic candidate for president. (But MSNBC was even tougher on the Republican).
During the late stages of the 2012 presidential campaign, a Pew Research analysis found that Barack Obama received far more negative coverage than positive on the Fox News Channel.

Yet Fox found its ideological mirror image in MSNBC.
In the final stretch of the campaign, nearly half (46%) of Obama’s coverage on Fox was negative, while just 6% was positive in tone.

But MSNBC produced an even harsher narrative about the Republican in the race: 71% of Romney’s coverage was negative, versus 3% positive.

But with 1.7 million viewers each evening, the channel still drew a bigger audience than CNN, MSNBC and HLN combined. Fox surpassed then-leader CNN in prime-time viewership in 2002, and has never looked back. However, there is some evidence of a ceiling for audience growth. Fox has not increased its median evening viewership since 2009.

But you still don't get it do you...
These Democrats that don't trust MSM are biting they hand that feeds them and gives the more positive coverage at the same time! Doesn't make any sense I would think for Democrats to distrust MSM because after all 85% of ABC,CBS,NBC on air, anchors, producers of stories DONATED money!
You wouldn't think the Democrats would be so distrustful of the hand that donated to them!

There are a lot of piss drinking, bullshit eating rubes out there, Left and Right. Thus the popularity of the hack media outlets like Fox News, MSNBC, Daily Caller, CNS News, Washington Times, Newsmax, Breitbart, Huffington Post, Daily Kos, etc.

My point though which may have gone over your head is that the majority of UNINFORMED voters that put Obama in office believe that the ONLY legitimate news groups are ABC,CBS,NBC. And I was showing how 1,160 of the 1,353 Senior executives, on air personalities etc., of ABC,CBS,NBC donated to Democrats and less then 15% to GOP. So I ask you to think long and hard (if possible) do you think these donors who write the copy, produce the news, when faced with negative story about Obama versus negative for Romney... hmmm... who do you think that make the headline..
"There are 47 percent of the people who will vote for the president no matter what. All right, there are 47 percent who are with him, who are dependent upon government, who believe that they are victims, who believe the government has a responsibility to care for them, who believe that they are entitled to health care, to food, to housing, to you-name-it -- that that's an entitlement.

So instead of running with the story about Benghazi and Obama's blaming a video the above networks ran the "47% " story into the ground...WHY???
Geez did their donation of $1 million to the Democrats had have influence? Nawwwwww.....!
