Only when firing into a crowd of 22,000 people confined to a concert area. The bernie sanders supporter who tried to murder the entire Republican baseball team couldn't murder anyone even though he had a rifle...they were too spread out.....if the guy had a bump stock, odds are he wouldn't have hit anyone....

That has nothing to do with the crime rate. Broken windows policing is what brought it down, something DiBlasio wants to end.

We went from 200 million guns in private hands in the 1990s and 4.7 million people carrying guns for self defense in 1997...to close to 400-600 million guns in private hands and over 16.3 million people carrying guns for self defense in 2017...guess what happened...
