This is why I love my town in this KC suburb

The problem isnt teachers, or how kids are taught. The problem is, black culture doesnt prepare kids for a disciplined environment. There is violence in their communities and violence in their homes. OF COURSE they are going to perform terribly in school. For the most part, a kid is a product of his environment. There are exceptions who are able to rise above it all, but not nearly enough of them.

And the same happens to white trash

With WAY less violence and crime. As bad as poor "white trash" culture is, black culture is still a lot worse. It's a problem that is fixable, but before we can fix it, it needs to be addressed; not excused.
