They have guns...they either don't shoot to kill....or just can't shoot straight.......and this is why the British gun murder rate is lower....
Two men injured after gunman opened fire on car
Two men were shot after a gunman opened fire on a car in Netherton .
The men were gunned down as the car was being driven in Dartmouth Drive this morning.
Police said the victims, one in his 40s and one in his 50s, were treated for gun shot wounds to the hand and leg after the shooting at around 10.15am.
Launching a witness appeal police said the dark coloured car the men who were shot at were in drove off away from Gorsey Lane.
