If you read the court documents, you'll see that this dealer was looking for trouble with the ATF. I'm certain he is going to find it.
The illegals should be deported immediately, but it seems to me that the media is trying to make this dealer out to be some sort of innocent victim. As a Federally licensed dealer myself, it is dealers like this one that give us all a bad name. He broke the rules about as blatantly as can be, and then flaunted it in the face of ATF. The straw sale is 99% of what the ATF asks us to guard against as dealers, and this was one that even a moron could see from a mile away. This is nothing but pure, unadulterated negligence on behalf of the dealer.
He deserves prison, and I am sure he will get it. Whether it is this transfer, or one down the line, the ATF will send this POS where he needs to be.
