Things we lived without for thousands of years

Remember when there was only three tv channels? Remember black and white tv? I doubt there are many alive that remember radio and no tv. If they are, they probably aren't on the internet. Remember no internet? Remember pay phones? Remember life before cell phones?

There are so many things that humanity lived without for thousands of years, that we couldn't cope without today. Air conditioning, electricity, refrigeration, and automobiles are like ancient history compared to computers and cell phones.

But when(not if) the earth gets hit with a solar flare, all those things will be gone. It will take years to rebuild the power grid. All the satellites will be destroyed. Government will cease to exist. No cops, no stores, no food, the stone age.

It's only a matter of time.

I hear they're coming out with a tv/cell phone that they implant in your head, ran by voice command. Any tv channel, and total internet on the cell phone. And any movie on demand.
