Every now and then, you run across a clip or example that makes an excellent argument for limiting who should be allowed to vote or reproduce.

Okay, I'm kidding. But only barely.

My first nomination for the TVTRATAI (They Vote They Reproduce and They Are Idiots) award goes to this lady who called the Michael Savage show recently. I don't usually listen to savage but he happened to be on when the exchange in this clip was aired. If you don't believe such people really exist, just listen in - about a minute or so:

As much as I believe in the concept of democracy, I also believe that in order to vote one oight to be able to show that one has a freaking clue about this nation, who your're voting for ecetera.

Yeah yeah, I know how such a test could be abused, but we also know that such a test doesn't have to be abusive, too.

But you know...if we imposed such a voters' test then the masters couldn't as easily manipulate the population with propaganda, so don't ever expect such a plan to go into place.

The masters don't want a well informed public deciding who runs this nation.

They want an angry population voting for the lesser of two evils

They want a population who blames their neighbors, and NOT the masters, for what is happening to this nation.

They want us to blame the MEXICANS for coming here, not the masters for allowing it to happen.

They want us to blame the unemployed for not having jobs, not Congress for allowing their jobs to go offshore.

They want us to blame angry white guys for having guns, instead of us blaming the masters for allowing their neighborhoods to become places where they feel like they need guns to be safe.

They want us to hate ourselves, instead of the people who are RESPONSIBLE for what is happening to this nation.

And dutifully, we see that the idiots, the fools who think politics is all about personality buying into their hateful propaganda.

We see that propaganda being played out here every damned day.

Of all the conservative talk show hosts, he absolutely would not use a Republican plant, nor is he (or his call screener) dumb enough not to spot one. Savage hates everybody - Democrats, Republicans, Hannity, Limbaugh, O'Reilly et al and regularly trashes them all on his show. He is nothing if not consistent.
