About 50 people gathered outside Sen. John McCain's Phoenix office on Wednesday to protest the war in Afghanistan.

Protesters stood on the sidewalk near 16th Street and Missouri Avenue as they chanted, "Eight years of war, not one more."

They held up banners, attracting the attention of some drivers and pedestrians. One sign was designed as a "Wanted" poster for former President George W. Bush.

bunch of pansy ass bitches, to fearful to take it to obama, mccain cant help them he is not the decider and Bush is no longer the prez. someone should tell them to put the bong down and pay attention to the world around them. let them beg their master in washington for crumbs from his table.

And Obama isn't?

Why is it permissible for the President, any president to blatantly lie to the American people and not be held accountable for breach of contract?

No, this is not limited to Obama, but, he is the current curse! Based on his promises to the American people he was employed by us, so at the very least he should be fired or held in breach!

Until we the people demand what we expect from each other in a daily basis from our elected officials, honestly we have no right to piss and moan. The power still lays with the people, we are the pussies unwilling to demand better and unwilling to enforce our rights, when lied to, snookered and fooled.

There should be a protest in Washington, one with millions in attendance demanding job termination. Maybe that would send a message for anyone in the future who wish to "serve the people"

Cindy Sheehan, dressed all in black with the words "greed kills" printed on her chest, was arrested by United States Park Police.
US Police have arrested 60 protesters during a demonstration condemning the ongoing wars on the people of Iraq and Afghanistan.

"As the US-led war in Afghanistan begins its ninth year this week, 61 were arrested, bringing a strong message to the White House," the organizers of the event, CommonDreams.org, said on its website.

All of those arrested had been cited and released, police officials said.

More than 500 people, among them US military war veterans and peace activists, gathered outside the White House in Washington to declare that "war, torture and drone bombing are outrageous, unacceptable and must end immediately," according to the website.

Celebrated anti-war protester, Cindy Sheehan and co-founder of the 'After Downing Street Coalition,' David Swanson, were among the arrested.

Sheehan turned into one of the major faces of the antiwar movement in the United States after her 25-year-old son, Casey, was killed in Iraq in 2004. She led several anti-war rallies across the US, but the most famous one took place
outside George W. Bush's ranch in Crawford, Texas in 2005, which lasted several days.

Reports indicate that some of the demonstrators chained themselves to the White House fence, while others lay prone on the sidewalk, as if they were dead.

Protestors chanted "mourn the dead, heal the wounded, end the war" and "Healthcare Not Warfare," as President Barack Obama held his press conference on healthcare inside the White House.

I'm not even as big on that big on anti-war stuff as I used to be but Hell I HAD to get this one. It's clearly bullshit those crazy lefties were as eager to critize Obama as anyone else. People who actually stand for sh** still exist... and thus this whole thread becomes... BULLSHIT.

The democratic label does come without a little something called "balls". Dems never had them. Probably never will. Bush was a criminal. The Patriot Act itself was criminal. To hell with all the international war crimes bull because in reality if your going to send a bunch of kids who joined the military to get the GI Bill money off to fight your wars don't expect them to give a damn about Geneva or her convention.

As I recall Bill Clinton ordered the bombing of diverse civilian targets for no better reason than to divert attention from his domestic peccadilloes. Perhaps you want Bush to share Clinton's cell?
