I think you should be allowed to and had it been legal,those people might have gotten far more and this schmuck would not have been so greedy since competition would be in play. I personally would not sell any of my organs, I'd give a kidney to my child or another family member though.

First of all, like organs aren't automatically interchangeable.

Secondly, and open market for organs would tend to drive prices down, thereby helping the less affluent.
