Off the toss up states: NV has a GOP incumbent, MT is a red state polling for the GOP challenger, MA has Brown ahead, ME has Snow as the encumbent, VA is going back to their conservative ways after fluke 2008 and WI has a Ryan will have he pull effect
46 +6 = 52
MO will probably be the only loss of the so-called toss up. Not a filibusting super-majority, but a majority nonetheless.
