Naturally, passing Green’s bill would create a law that could never affect the current administration. Correct?

Although, Big Orange has questioned his army of lawyers concerning pre-emtive pardons for his accomplices, and for himself. But, how could anyone see this as an indication of guilt?

Given the constant claims by conservatives that there is no evidence for Mueller’s investigators to find, why would Big Orange waste his lawyers’ time asking about his power to pardon anyone? If they are all innocent as conservatives insist?

Will conservatives hesitate or totally refuse to support Green’s bill? And if they do refuse, does this indicate they are unsure of Big Orange’s innocence of colluding with the Russians?

Also, if conservatives refuse to throw their complete support behind Green’s bill, which would create such an important law to protect the integrity of the executive branch, how can they call themselves patriots?

Whats funny as hell is many on the right say there is no evidence of collusion even though no investigation has been completed and many on the left insist the Trump administration is guilty of collusion despite the fact no evidence has been brought foreward to prove that. Although Congress can modify the jurisdiction of federal courts, it cannot modify the Constitution by passing a bill. The President's pardon power is explicitly granted in Article 2. This is childish grandstanding. I'm sure that asshole in Minnesota is a co-sponsor.
