Blacklisted by History is a totally unbalanced book, trying to focus the some good McCarthy did and ignore the bad he did. Fact and fiction were used to paint a very untrue picture of Joseph McCarthy.

I want to point out that Hitler built up the infrastructure of Germany (autobahn), he created the People's car (Volkswagen) and substantially improved the German economy in the 1930's.
You could write a book about those accomplishments and ignore the Holocaust and WWII and he might not seem like a bad guy.
