Remember the song "The Final Countdown" by Europe?

If you can make it to about 2:10, you will hear a blazing guitar solo! And that keyboardist...Mic Michaeli would be proud.

MY EARS! MY EARS! I'LL NEVER HEAR AGAIN; MY EARS HAVE RESIGNED IN PROTEST!

I kept seeing that soundman trying to adjust levels on the stage. It sort of begged the question, "Why?"

I tend to focus on drummers, and I had to ask myself, "How do you make a set of Sonors sound THAT BAD?" The answer is, of course, "You play them like shit".

The only resonable thing for a band to do after a train wreck like that is to look around and ask, "Anybody hurt?"

Oh, well - at least they didn't run off the crowd...

This one's pretty bad:

Jesus, that Nirvana one was awful. This is something only a musician would notice, probably, but I thought it was funny that the drummer counted the guitarist in for no reason whatsoever. Normally a drummer only counts in to the song when the whole band, or at least more than one musician, starts at the same time.

And, yeah, they really shouldn't even attempt that song at all, but they definitely should've at least tried to find a bass player. Those verses get awfully boring with just two notes playing over and over again.

Makes me feel better about the songs I've recorded that I thought were garbage.
