Ladies and Gentlemen, the ratified predecessor to your Bill of Rights.

This was ratified June 12, when the Declaration of Independence was just days later on July 4th.

    Notice my BOLD emphasising.

Anyone doubting the Constitutional or Bill of Rights context, ought to read up.

No comments on how the Bill of rights doesn't mean what it says?

I thought sure I would get a few takers.

Dang, I was going to put up the Articles of Confederation if someone wanted to get silly.
