Understand -- I don't like Glenn Beck. To me he's not any different than Alex Jones.

But before people start blaming him, or Palin who I also detest; for this or that, there's a whole lot of other things to start blaming for this or that. Start with heavy metal music for the Columbine shootings. Go on to Karl Marx for Oswald. Slide on down further and blame drugs for Manson. Keep going with Taxi Driver for Hinckley. Continue down that slippery slope to 3 million abortions a year cheapening human life. Flow on and blame violent rap lyrics and violent video games for the soullessness of our youth, who are conditioned by these to have no regard at all for human life.

Or, you can take all of the above and really understand what it is -- ALL WRONG. It's just not that simple.

President Obama cautioned us all "to avoid the simple answer." But apparently simpletons such as Truthmattersnot weren't listening.

Which is no surprise to me, it never does.

If the Sheriff is so convinced that "right wing rhetoric" pushes people to violence against federal officials, where were he and his deputies that Saturday morning? Why didn't he insist on providing security for this public event in his county, if it's such a threat? Sheriff -- this happened ON YOUR WATCH. And all you can give the fine people of your county is "I knew something like this would happen?" Why didn't you PROTECT the Congresswoman and the folks, sir? C'mon Sheriff, your deputies had been out to Loughner's home multiple times over death threats he had been making in the months prior to this shooting. You KNEW this cluck was a danger to your community. And you did nothing. You should be sued by the families of the victims of this tragedy for wrongful death.
