It seems like the US has anti-sentiment against foreigners overall.

I would like to ask all Americans to stop hating foreigners for no specific reason.

In the media and television, they report all the bad things about foreigners.
However, that's not true.

Most foreigners who decided to live in the US are good people and have nothing against the US.

Al Qaeda or that kind of terrorists should be heavily punished.
And I know Muslims are unpleasant.
But do not hate foreigners who are not Muslims.

I'm a foreigner living in the U.S. Many people in the sub in which I live are also foreign (British, French, German, Spanish, some south American), some here on work visas, some permanent residents.

As far as I'm aware, none of us feels we have suffered from any kind of discrimination. We all discriminate against each other of course (as is only right and proper - and it will be a lot worse during the World Cup), but none of us feels discriminated against by Americans.

I guess the fact that we all work and pay taxes and came here legally may have something to do with that.

The reason the media picks up on the bad stuff is that good news is no news.

I like foreigners. I hate illegal aliens...there is a difference.

PS, I now have a Muslim friend I like too, but he's not your typical Muslim, he doesn't pray towards Mecca 5 times a day.
