You will, of course, have the far right loon segment say that "we never liked that stuff, so we shouldn't have it anyways." But that will just be douchebags being douchebags.
Add to the fact that firefighters, police, Emergency response forces, Education (prior to college) Are paid for.
All the morons waving flags about "no! no to socialism!" don't even realize they are already living in a socialist system... albeit flawed. The real major difference between American socialism and European/Canadian socialism.... is that for Europe and Canada, they have health care in the mix... and it works.
