It must really bother the left in this country that the uneducated masses are going to put Donald Trump into office. They are so pissed off that they are losing the working man vote that they are now using that fact that to say that stupid people are voting for Trump and if you are voting for Trump you are one of the stupid people. Beside the obvious insult thrown at Trump voters we don't quite recognize the undemocratic ways of the democratic party. Should it really be a problem in a democracy that the 'uneducated masses' are overriding the vote? It is just a part of the system as a whole because everyone who can vote gets one vote and that means that if the vast majority of the people happen to have a third grade education then those people are going to be determining the outcome of the election and the fate of the country itself.

That may seem scary to some because of obvious reasons but that is what you get with democracy. The people, no matter how stupid or smart they happen to be, get to determine who is going to be in charge. Ive noticed throughout the years that whenever democrats didn't think we voted correctly that they say that our democracy is broken or some crap like that. Our democracy isn't broken because the people picked the person you didn't like. The people voted just like they did when they picked the person you did like. The same mechanism were in place as before. The only difference is that the people chose a different candidate.

The only time our democracy can ever break is when the politicians have found a way to suppress the vote which renders the democratic process mute. That is when people are chosen to have power and the people's opinion on the matter didn't count at all.

It's conservatives that fear the great unwashed vote . They are the experts of voter surpression.

You live in a democracy? Do they have unicorns there?

I always wanted a pony but a unicorn will do.

Timmy my boy conservatives as a rule have no problem with those that are registered and legal to vote, citizens, its just with those that are not. On another note my friend the US is I believe the only developed country that does not require voter identification.

Yet, in another thread, you're in favor of abolishing the 17th Amendment, taking away the will of these same people in the election of their Senators.

Sounds like SuperDemocratic principles are subject to situational ethics.
