Truth that the right wing narrative cannot deal with


The “Black Lives Matter” movement focuses on the fact that black citizens have long been far more likely than whites to die at the hands of the police, and is of a piece with this history. Demonstrators who chant the phrase are making the same declaration that voting rights and civil rights activists made a half-century ago. They are not asserting that black lives are more precious than white lives.

They are underlining an indisputable fact — that the lives of black citizens in this country historically have not mattered, and have been discounted and devalued. People who are unacquainted with this history are understandably uncomfortable with the language of the movement. But politicians who know better and seek to strip this issue of its racial content and context are acting in bad faith. They are trying to cover up an unpleasant truth and asking the country to collude with them.

Police kill more whites than blacks

Over the span of more than a decade, 2,151 whites died by being shot by police compared to 1,130 blacks.

So the statistics don't show the TRUTH about what is happening, because the TRUTH doesn't fit the liberal agenda. As we know more blacks die at the hands of blacks than they do by police, but liberals hate law and order, and if they can get the police not to enforce the law, then the liberals can do whatever they want. All I can say is, what do you have when an unwanted liberal comes through your door? A dead liberal at the doorstop.

Other people say the people who say it's wrong are the dividers. The division isn't about the dead body.

Still others want to believe that people don't really care about deaths or being shot by an officer of the law. They are probably paid to fear being shot.

That's the whole and entire objection to the BLM movement. They don't REALLY fear being killed, they are just pretending that death is scarey.

The BLM movement is the high road to one of the racial issues that the Black community deals with everyday. While noble in its attempts, all its going to do is educated the public at large about police brutality in the Black community. It cant make the public believe these issues are real. Even if BLM were successful in doing so, is there a guarantee anything will be done about it? History tells us if a solution is instituted by our government it wont be an adequate one. The racists will simply find another way to manifest themselves.
