The topless parade. Pride or shame?

I don't have to answer any of your questions. You should feel lucky I'm even speaking to you. :)

True, you don't have to. Just don't be surprised when I call you on false statement.

Why should I feel lucky, is it because you're women? Don't flatter yourself, I've had better... conversations.

No, because of your "show me your tits" comment you made earlier. And no, I'm not a "women" and I highly doubt your claims. :D

If I was more than one woman, then I would be "women." :D Lol.

Oh, that. I was hoping to get a prize for giving a free lesson. Beside, there was => :D, to hint that is a joke.

However, in case you're still thinking I was serious, I'll take a prize. ;)

Lol. Oh, okay. :D

Well, it's been real, but I'm gonna let you get on with all those super interesting conversations with all of those gorgeous women now. Nightie night! :bye1:

I said I've had better conversations. I don't think I mentioned women. Kek,. :D

Does it matter if we agree or disagree on this issue? Is it gonna make you happy if I say yes or mad if I say no? To them, it doesn't matter what either of us think, and it's not our business to mingle in their domestic affairs. Is it awful? I believe it is. To them, it's a law of their land, where western women must wear the abaya when visiting. You can't even protest, but you'll wear it, because it's their law.

By the way, it doesn't have to be black, burka comes in different colors. Not that makes big difference, just saying it's not strictly black.

Black or not. Still ugly. :p

Per our standards is. In their eyes, ugly is what you're wearing.

You mean to religious nuts that want women to believe their bodies are "sinful?" :rolleyes-41: MOST of their women would (especially the young attractive ones) would rather be wearing clothing like mine, I'm sure. It's more comfortable, practical and attractive. :)

It depends on what attractive is in their eyes.
Are they religious nuts? Of course they are. Are they within their rights? The answer is yes.
You can't be sure in anything. You may think that everyone think your way. If you're so sure, how come that even here, in the beacon of the freedom, we have Islamic communities, Hindu communities, and others still wearing their traditional clothing?
Your clothing is more comfortable, practical and attractive to you. Btw, why you need it to be attractive? To them, your clothing is shameful and demeaning. Also, do you know that breast cancer rate in Arab countries is 30% lower then in western countries? Think about it next time you wear your wonder bra. ;)
No they are not within their rights to abuse women.

They are within rights of their laws. They don't think about themselves as abusers. We do.

Morality is not relative, it's absolute. Those women don't wear those damn things by choice. That's abuse and I don't care what those Muslim asshole men think it is. Muslims were bringing women to France and oppressing them in a free society. France responded by banning those things. That's what free nations need to be doing, working to set women free.

You're talking down to me like I am against women being free. Rethink that.

Also, whose morality are you talking about. Ours, or theirs? Remember, in their eyes, we're immoral ones.

France did the right thing. It's their country, their laws. I wish we could do the same here, but we hardly can. However, in Arab worlds, it's their laws. We don't like those laws, just as they don't like ours. Imagine if they have power, would you like to comply to their demands, or would you tell them to fuck off?

Maybe its because I have at least one form of respect. I am not about to go and do in public what other people may find to be something that is gross. I may have rights, but so does everyone else and that right there is just it. One person alone can not win against everyone else.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. If I ever have kids, I will be using one of them breast pump systems.
That's fine if you don't want to do it, but why should mothers hide their breastfeeding because it makes you feel UNCOMFORTABLE? That's a bad basis for making public policy and thankfully laws that restrict activities that pose no demonstrable harm are fast falling out of style.

You don't have the right not to be offended.
Wow. You make it sound like I am asking that they fork over one of their kidneys or something to that extreme.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

P.S. In the grand scheme of things, how big of a deal is this really? And another thing, what are they hoping to get out of showing the rest of the world whatever it is that they have?
You're not asking them for a kidney, you're asking them to accommodate your mental illness. And it doesn't matter what their reasons are, it only matters that they don't need to explain themselves to you.

Amazing how people can be pushy, controlling assholes while pretending to be nice.
You have made it as clear as crystal glass that you can't go for more than two seconds without having a set of breasts in your face and I am the one who has a mental illness? Also it isn't like they would be showing the rest of world what plenty of us ladies do not already have ourselves. A lot of us females have our own set and that right there is another thing. Not every female does and its because they lose their set to breast cancer and in my opinion they don't deserve other females flashing what they still have in their faces, especially if they did not ask for the cancer in the first place.

God bless you and those who have beat breast cancer always!!!

Holly
That's the second time you put words in my mouth and I won't give you opportunity for a third.

Good bye, asshole.
If that it how you want to feel about what I have to say, I can't stop you, but sharing what I believe is all that I ever do here, no matter how other people choose to look at it.

God bless you always!!!

Holly

Whose morality? I just said morality is absolute and that's not up for debate. People who do wrong know they are doing wrong no matter how many ways they try to justify it. Forcing women to dress in Burkas is a human rights violation and even if we can't change anything in Burkastan, we can at least have the moral conviction to say it's wrong without equivocation.

Lord, where are the righteous ones?

I'll try one more time, then giving up.
Your morality is absolute to you. We may agree on moral of our society, even not agree on all, but we can't force our moral on others.
They are saying the same thing you're saying.
Morality is absolute, sure, you can say that. Only, they think they are one with right morality, and we're not.

Also, you keep saying "not up for debate". In your own mind, my friend, in your own mind...

Truth exists apart from your feeble, dim witted opinions, truth not subject to change. But if you doubt me, please step off a precipice under the sway of invincible disbelief in gravity.

You're right. It's pointless to talk to someone bewitched by the notion that morality is something we make up.

Those women in the ME are brainwashed from the time they are young girls to believe their bodies are "sinful." That is why they wear that ugly crap.

As a modern man in modern times; i simply refuse to have a problem with topless women in modern times; even if i have to "inure" myself by watching the honest wife channel and the nice wife channel on porn sites.
