Opening my blinds not two minutes ago, I noticed a guy from his 2nd floor balcony shooting a bow down towards the ground. I couldn't see what he was shooting at but I figured an animal. Getting rather annoyed and opening the door to scream bloody murder at him, a woman then walked by and I embarassingly found myself thinking, "Oh, that's ok."

It's cool to shoot at people, but not animals.

Movies will show the worst things happening to and being done to people but usually don't show that degree of horror being done to animals.

But, that sounds like possible attempted murder. You should-a called the cops.
