1. Education has been radically changed from math science, history and economics to awarding disruptive students and indoctrination of race and negative US history.

2. Building code laws. After graduating hundreds of thousand angry students because of victimhood mentality the focuse isn’t on a productive livinghood mentality it’s on fighting a fake inequality that they were taught to fight but doesn’t actually exist. So democrats implemented building codes that only allow the rich to participate in.


3. Immigration, flooding poor black and white neighborhoods with the worlds dumbest people lowering wages destroying public education.

All this leads to areas where blacks are not allowed or have no business in.
Example Boston new seaport area. Tons of new luxury housing, high tech jobs and finance. High end stores, THE ONLY participation from blacks in this new neighborhood is a angry black cashier or burger flipper at shack shack.
No middle class jobs like a factory or manufacturing that the city desperately needs.
They have over regulated jobs like unions and Uber drivers where blacks can’t compete. Privately owned business and contractors cant compete with unions and regulations democrats have implemented.

Blacks only have themselves to blame as they continue to blindly and rather stupidly vote D. Granted, their alternative is not THAT much better as the R's are just as corrupt.
Yet the black community has allowed itself to be pigeonholed from one plantation to another. The black community has a lot of problems. Most, if not all, at this point in time can be blamed on the community itself.
