OK, one more time... If I owe you a hundred million bucks, how can you borrow a thousand?? Ya cant, all ya do is use some of the debt as credit. Thus when you (who is owed several hundred million by the bankrupt US via the fed, see bankruptcy 1933), apply for credit... guess what.. your given credit!!! But here is the catch, the banks are acting as agents for you cause you filled out their forms and they then get the "credit" (some of what is owed to you) from the secretary of treasury and they deposit it into an account!!! But never tell you about it. You see the trick is done before you realize it. Then they use those funds to pay off the house and all the leans,, other wise how could you the buyer sign a Deed of Trust as owner? Ya couldn't, the bank would have to bring some of their own money to the table, pay off the seller and all other leans, and then turn it over to you for you to then place it into the trust. But we know the banks never use any of their own funds cause it is against the law!! So the house was yours already at the closing table. Then you signed the deed of trust which they sell, or use as collateral to write bonds against... without your knowledge or approval, and remember it is a security instrument so it has value to those slick and able to present it on its own without the Note, which is supposed to be a debt instrument but it is in fact another credit instrument because it has your signature on it and since all notes you write have full face value, it has value, and guess what, they take pictures of of it and sell it many times over, without your permission or knowledge once again. It is not a debt instrument but rather a security instrument, secured by your credit owed by the US and their bankruptcy, use of fiat money.. they have all the gold and silver so until they pay off all the debt and bring back lawful money we have unlimited use of Notes. That's right folks you simply write them on a piece of paper and the banks have to accept them. The proof is in the Notes you signed,, they cashed them "Pay to the order of Bank, without recourse" That is cashing it as well as converting it unlawfully, altering it which voids it in actuality but they use it to create funds in their accounts which is the same as money, cause they use the funds and sell the value over and over again. Then they pretend that they are debt notes and toxic mortgages and get a big bail out money, after they have collected insurance money and then Attorneys who are collection agents without licenses and are third party interlopers, 
create the facade that you have breached the agreement and foreclose making a ton of more money and there will be another sucker come along and sign docs to do it all over again.

So that means the indictments are still pending!! which means that all that have come after are committing fraud as well.. hmm go figure. Please note, most of what is taught in the "system" is indoctrination. I too was there and still de-programming, one example, most will say this is and is supposed to be and will fight for a Democracy. That is what they want. Look up democracy and its origins, you will find it has and will never work because it will become corrupted and and turn into an oligarchy and dictatorship like we have now. That is why new recruits now take an oath to Obama, not the president or the country but to Obama... that should be enough for a revolt!! Oh and it is a Republic, where every man (non generic) is a king without subjects!! And the government and all positions are OUR servants here to protect us from just this fraud that they are perpetuating!! hello?
Do some research on your own, educate yourself and then hold accountable. Then you have a real education. Or, go along to get along and be a sheeple and allow the problem to persist. Huray for the ones that took action and stopped the foreclosures!! By the way, is there some contact info, to get help for those wanting to fight but need a bit of expertise? So many People are scared to death of the courts cause they always get run over by them,, because they are a revenue business and not government at all. Oh yes the secretary of state has said they are private corporations... hmmm, oh and the next time you run into a cop ask him for his business card and then follow up with finding the tax ID # but bet you can't find their business license.... that is called ...

Statistically 80% of grads become waiters and waitresses their first few years out and 80% do NOT do anything related to their major... hmmm Now, if I bought a car that worked only 20% of the time... or a meal that had less than 20% nutrition,,, oh we do that... well, I don't cause I learned to cook and shop for good prices on good food. You will learn how to live on less than $40 bucks a week too when they garnish your wages for the student alleged loan. Oh and for the real smart ones out there, demand to see the tax forms 1099's that the banks filled out on the profit they have made on those Notes and Deed of Trusts... hmmm, scam artists. But that is Ok cause you volunteered to give your body and all your stuff to the state when you got an SS # and gave everything to the all upper case NAME that is spelled the same but is not your name!! You do not have a drivers license, you don't need one unless you are engaged in commerce, but your corporate entity all Upper case NAME does... go figure. Tricked again, oh and when you get married? Check out the "license" (why do you need a license from your servant to get married? ) and read it carefully. You give up all that is derived (including your kids) to the STATE when you do. Says it right there. Look up "Positive Law" everything else is not and does not apply to the real sentient being created by the creator and endowed with un- alean-able rights!! So no you can not "wave" a right!!! Head exploding yet? And were just getting started.. but time is up, class is over for today... go back to being sheeple or rather persons again.
