This is a law that I would actually vote for, or create if I were in Congress, or if I were President.
The Socioeconomic Status Limited Birth Right Act.

It makes it a parental obligation for parents who earn $100,000 per year or more, BEFORE the Child entered school, with less than FOUR children to support, to provide for their kids beyond age 18, the same level of economic wellbeing that they grew up in.

The parental Obligation to sustain the child's socioeconomic status, under the Socioeconomic Status Limited Birth Right Act OFFICIALLY ENDS when :

*The Child is 26 years old (with or without) achieving anything on their own.
*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) earns a SALARY (OR) $20 per hour, REGARDLESS of whether or not the child successfully keeps the job.
*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) accepts more than $20 in cash money FROM any ONE person, for doing ANYTHING, ONE TIME.
*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) sells a product worth more than $300

*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) leaves the United States, NOT on a School sponsored trip.
*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) invests in Corporate stocks, or Government Bonds.
*The Child (at any age beyond age 18) has $3,000 or more in a bank account.

*At any time, the Child is charged with a FELONY.
*At any time, the Child is self employed.

The deal is automatically void, under these conditions.

*The child lacks the moral authority to ask for any kind of support from their parents.
*The child is unemployed for one year or more WHILE healthy.
*The child doesn't attend college or trade school by age 21.
*The child is Married.
*The child is elected to ANY political office, or is appointed to any office by a politician.
*The child donates more than $100 to a charity, at any time, while dependent on their parents, after age 18.
*The child applies for Government assistance (and is approved).

This goes the extra mile in keeping kids from entering a world that they are less than skillful in functioning in... unless they put themselves there or earn lesser conditions.

Here's another law that I would pass.
The CAAULPSA (Child of Alternative, Abnormal, and/or Unusual Lifestyle Parents Act).

This program protects children (at age 18) who have been lead by their parents to lead a misinformed, AND minority lifestyle.
To qualify for the programs under "CAAULPSA" (ANY) of the following must be true.

1. The Child has parents that earn $500,000 per year or more, and views the world the same way their parents do (if they themselves, do not earn $100,000 per year OR more) and now must deal with a world they can't function in.

Reason : High socioeconomic status and FAR TOO different from the majority of the citizenry of the nation.
(a phenomenon commonly known as being sheltered from the world)

2. The child has been fed a limited diet, and has been misinformed into believing that, the food they grew up on, i.e. a vegetarian diet is the only food in the world that is healthy, necessary, and/or fit for human consumption.

3. The child grew up with staunch conservative parents that are out of touch with society, or extremist liberal parents i.e. socialist or communist parents who are out of touch with society, and now finds himself in a world that he can't communicate and can't make friends in.

4. The child grew up in a CULT outside of society.

5. The child grew up with strict parents, and the child was not allowed to join society, or was held to higher standards than their PEERS.

6. The Child grew up in a criminal household and was encouraged to commit crimes.

CAAULPSA is to be administered through the Department of Health and Human Services, and requires that the parents of the child pay for the Child's rehabilitation and acclamation to society.
