The single-sentence Russia bombshell that Attorney General Barr delivered to Congress

Sitting in the hot seat of a high-profile congressional hearing has a way of unmasking the mettle of any witness.

Attorney General William Barr showed us Tuesday, in his first testimony since the end of the Russia probe, that he's not big on emotion, animation or flashy presentations. Calm, scholarly and precise was his modus operandi, even as Democrats tried to lob a bomb or two his way.

But the even-keeled nature of his two-hour-plus performance shouldn't blind us to one momentous declaration he made to lawmakers.

Though it didn't happen on his watch, Barr told Congress he will investigate how the FBI came to conduct a counterintelligence investigation against Donald Trump, then the Republican nominee for president, starting in the summer of 2016.

Barr is a brown-nosing troll. His fake investigation will turn up even less than the 8 Benghazi circuses.

the IG is already investigating it....

the question I would have is if he brings together a few colleagues together to investigate as well, as he indicated.... will there be a mixture of some Democratic colleagues in his mix?

Barr was HORRIBLE in the congressional hearings... he danced around everything.... he could not even answer how he came to his conclusion (in less than 48 hours) of why he decided that Trump would not be charged with Obstruction....

and it came out that he did not even consult at all with Mueller on it.... that is weird weird weird for him to not do that, don't ya think?

The AG is not suppose to be a partisan hack, he is not suppose to be the President's AG or lawyer, he is suppose to be the head of the JUSTICE Department and all that comes with it, for every citizen of the United States, instead we got a Roy Cohn, a mob boss's lawyer doing all the dirty work for his boss, EXACTLY what Trump said he wanted...

(God help us! We don't deserve your help Lord, but this is where having mercy on us, comes in to play!)

When you lose again it will not be because of a partisan hack but because the facts are not on your side. We know you disregard facts so go ahead with your name calling tantrums.

Did Mueller hire any Republicans for his investigation? I notice you did not mind one bit he hired all democrats that hated Trump, now SUDDENLY we need bipart stuff right?

Barr's investigation of the shit show that was the Trump/Russia so called collusion should make for one interesting report.

I'd bet there will be some sweating going on with those who were involved.

Where you bitching when Herr Mueller had ONLY DEMs lawyers working on the 'report'?
Mueller had PERSONALLY gone to Barr's office and met with Barr's DOG lawyers and Rosenstein's lawyers THREE WEEKS before Barr released his statement. Barr and Muller and their families have been very close personal friends for DECADES!
Their families go on VACATIONS together you MORON!
Barr said at his confirmation hearing: "Bob Mueller and I and our families are close friends. We will still be close friends after all of this is over".
Holder referred to himself as "Obama's wingman"!
BONOBO KNEW EVERYTHING that was going on in the corrupt top positions at the FBI/DOG/CIA.
And now the whole world will know.
Watch BONOBO/HRC/Lynch/Comey/McCabe et al sitting in front of Congressional hearing after the DEM ldefeat in 2020.

Yeah, it would be criminal if his staff of investigators had a lot of partisan Republicans in it with direct ties to Trump and the RNC.

Just horrible.

So happy Barr gonna drop a MOAB on these mofu's! Legally wont add up to anything because the powerful protect the powerful but we'll at least see the whole Trump Russia thing was an engineered crock.....cant wait for those Trump tweets!:fingerscrossed::fingerscrossed::funnyface:
