Is that really any different than how the world works today? Women make the choice to be a commodity all the time as porn stars and strippers, yet no one bats an eye. Again where is the governments right to decide who loves who? Marriage is a contract. Nothing more. When we start viewing marriage as anything more than a contract, we go awry.

Contracts can be between multiple parties. The only requirements are legal capacity (no children, dogs, or trees have capacity) and the offer, acceptance, and consideration of love, affection, etc. all the other things that go along with marriage.

It's mainly BC we all just accepted that government has the right to choose who marries and who doesn't during the whole gay marriage debate. Okay mixed messaging here- a man can have sex with multiple women and there are no sex police who care.

Bedrooms don't equate to marriage- which is why Lawrence v. Texas didn't make gay marriage legal.

That being said- make your case why you think that polygamous marriage should be legal.
If you really feel strongly you can do what the proponents of gay marriage and mixed race marriage did:
a) Change the law legislatively or
b) Go to court to argue your right to marriage is being denied.
