The SALT Cap Seems to be Trashing Real Estate Markets Early and Fast

I have been putting up threads saying that after April 15 SALT would become a major problem. But Case-Shiller is putting out a read that SALT began to bite in Dec. What does that mean for geographical employment shifts?

I am really curious to see this all play out. It will take a couple of years to really see its effects, at least, I would imagine. Will those state legislators take notice and change or will it continue to be a max exodus by individuals and companies, or will their voting change?
