The problem is that the adherence to these things is a violation of Palestinian’s legal rights.

It is not illegal for Palestine to manufacture or import weapons. The term “smuggling” implies illegality but importing weapons is legal.

Palestinians have the legal right to bear arms. That is the law. Illegal weapons?

There are no “terror organizations” in Palestine. All organizations are protected by their constitution. Collective punishment is forbidden. No one can be arrested for being a member of, or a supporter of, any organization. Only an individual who has personally committed a crime be arrested.
