The right of the people to have motherfucking machine guns, shall not be infringed.

We must get back to the true meaning of infringement:

in·fringe
inˈfrinj/
verb
  1. actively break the terms of (a law, agreement, etc.).
    "making an unauthorized copy would infringe copyright"
    synonyms: contravene, violate, transgress, break, breach; More
    • act so as to limit or undermine (something); encroach on.
      "his legal rights were being infringed"
      synonyms: restrict, limit, curb, check, encroach on;

I always go back to the example of uncle Ronnie Reagan when he was Gov of CA. He was all about gun rights. Until the Black Panther Party decided the 2nd applied to them too and began carrying. Ron instantly became very enamored with gun control. So ya know, like with everything in america, depends.

That was long before he got shot. Look up the Mulford Act. He got shot when he was prez.

I missed the "Gov of CA" part. :oops:

What possibly could be said to justify the ownership of weapons of war by private citizens? Can a machine gun be used for hunting? As they as designed exclusively to kill as many humans as quickly as possible, why in earth should anyone have the ability to buy one?

Bullshit! SCOTUS has defined the limits and clearly in Miller leading to Heller, you bloody fool! You've claimed to be a lawyer, but the lie has been put to that radiating from your abject stupidity from your OP!

Here's just two brief items Scalia wrote in Heller that makes your claims about the 2A and your education level so bloody laughable;
Like most rights, the right secured by the Second Amendment is not unlimited. From Blackstone through the 19th-century cases, commentators and courts routinely explained that the right was not a right to keep and carry any weapon whatsoever in any manner whatsoever and for whatever purpose. See.... For example, the majority of the 19th-century courts to consider the question held that prohibitions on carrying concealed weapons were lawful under the Second Amendment or state analogues. See.... Although we do not undertake an exhaustive historical analysis today of the full scope of the Second Amendment , nothing in our opinion should be taken to cast doubt on longstanding prohibitions on the possession of firearms by felons and the mentally ill, or laws forbidding the carrying of firearms in sensitive places such as schools and government buildings, or laws imposing conditions and qualifications on the commercial sale of arms.26
~~ DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA v. HELLER ~~
We also recognize another important limitation on the right to keep and carry arms. Miller said, as we have explained, that the sorts of weapons protected were those “in common use at the time.” 307 U. S., at 179. We think that limitation is fairly supported by the historical tradition of prohibiting the carrying of “dangerous and unusual weapons.”

Your OP is fatally flawed, fool! So much for your Cracker Jacks box JD! Or will you have the hubris to still claim to have superior knowledge to the conservative side of the Supremes?

Fuck your bullshit, WRONG interpretation. You have been overruled.

See District of Columbia v. Heller 554 U.S. 570 (holding that the right is an individual right, not requiring membership in a militia)

See also Caetano v. Massachusetts 577 U.S. ____ (holding that "arms" in the 2nd Amendment extends to all instruments that are bearable, including arms not in existence when the founders wrote the amendment).
