The Republican Party Used To Stand For Balanced Budgets and Small Government

And voted for more spend, borrow, tax, increase government, DEMs.... we understand completely

Look Numbnuts! When Obama took over the interest on the Reagan Bushes debt was nearly half a trillion dollars a year. In three years that's nearly a trillion and a half dollars. How about you subtract that from Obama's debt before you throw out these totally insane assertions. Reagan quadrupled the debt from less than a trillion to more than four trillion. Clinton raised taxes and balanced the annual budget, bought back about $400 billion of real debt, had the finances on track to completely pay off the national debt by 2012 and along came slow walkin' slow talkin' George. Cut taxes twice, 2001 and 2003 using reconciliation to block a Democratic filibuster, began to borrow from Communist Chinese banks for the first time in the history of this great republic and doubled the total debt again from $5.7 to nearly $12 trillion. Get your right wing shit together before you spray that useless palaver around. Do you ever actually read anything

Uhhh... how about you hold Obama accountable as you try and hold your 'REPs' responsible.... exactly the same way...

Obamalama increased the debt and spending all by his little lonesome, if you believe that Reagan or Bush I or Bush II did also....

Do you ever hold a standard across the board??

Obalamala... 5trillion and counting and we're not even thru the 4 year term... and you voted for it... while evidently complaining about the increases of others

Democrats Rake In Record Donations From Corporations - ABC News

They all have to take political donations. So far I've not seen Obama advocating doing away with social security, cutting Medicare, releasing the mentally ill to the streets, raising taxes on what used to be the middle class, etc. Anybody with one eye and half sense knows which party is for the poor and the working class in this country.

Let's see you prove that Republicans want to do away with Social Security, cut medicare, release mentally ill people to the streets, raise taxes on the middle class etc...

We know the democratic party is for the poor. Hell they have to keep people poor or they will lose half their voting block. As for them being for the working class. only if that working class is unionized. The rest not so much.

Oh and you've just shown how fucking hypocritical you are.

It's ok for the democrats to take corporate money but if the republicans do it then they're in the corporations pocket.:cuckoo:

I just caught on...you're one of those Texas cowboys. Do you have one of those toy chain saws like Bush used to wield at his photo ops

Now they are in the pockets of corporations and the wealthy through campaign contributions and high paid lobbyists. I was a Republican for most of my life..voted for Nixon three times. I really began to open my eyes after he ordered grid bombing of North Vietnam. A million people who had no part in the political war were slaughtered. The Watergate thing just put icing on the cake.

The last time I voted for the Spend and Borrow Republicans was for Reagan in 1984...wish I had the vote back. I'll never vote for one again if I live to 100.

The Republican Party Used To Stand For Balanced Budgets and Small Government

Those are simply lies Republicans use to trick Americans into voting for them.

It's all just a shell game and an illusion. Both American Political Parties are controlled by much larger & powerful Global Organizations. I like what Jesse Ventura said about the two parties. He said today's American Politics is the same as Professional Wrestling. It's all just show-biz entertainment for the masses. They pretend to hate each other and get the people all worked up but behind the scenes they're all good buddies and on the same team.

The Corporations own both political parties and the Corporations are owned by very powerful Global Organizations. My God,this current President has GE CEO Jeffrey Immelt as a "Jobs Czar." Yea not too blatant and in your face there huh? GE pays no Taxes and has Outsourced Thousands of American Jobs for years. I think it's so crazy watching Obama's supporters just conveniently ignoring this stuff. Wake up from your long comas people. They're taking us to an all-powerful One-World Government. They're crashing the economies intentionally. They are going to rebuild them with a Global Currency and control them with the new World Government. The New World Order is real. It's not just a crazy Conspiracy Theory.

So you support smaller government, but you vote for Democrats?

Who do you think you're fooling, dipshit?

How does that justify voting for a Democrat?

So you'll vote for worse spending, big government, and incredibly unbalanced budget DEMs.... you're fucking brilliant

LOL...the party of an old man and a dufus who wrote the hard shit on the palm of her hand

I agree with the OP. "Fiscal conservative" used to mean fiscal prudence. Then the GOP went full retard and embraced tax cuts at all costs, believing with religiosity that tax cuts leads to more revenues. It's the main reason why I moved away from the GOP.

The good thing about the Tea Party is that they are moving fiscal prudence back into the forefront, even if their tactics are suicidal.

And thankfully for the Republicans, the Democrats have shown themselves to be even more fiscally reckless and irresponsible as it appears that the adults have been booted out and the children are in charge in that party.

It's very disheartening. Maybe I will move to the Caymans.

Yep. But look the reaction from the left to the TEA Parties... told me a lot about the mindset of the left. They really do not cope well with honest disagreement.
