The reality behind Health Care Reform

You keep revealing your staggering levels of ignorance. You referenced the Census Bureau as your evidence but apparently you don't know Hispanic can be any race, as defined by.......the Census Bureau. Your response of "that sounds like a load of crap" says it all. Instead of whining like a little bitch why don't you actually look at the numbers on the Census Bureau as pointed out by the article I provided. You haven't supported your claim and the source you cite, the CB, contradicts your claim you dumb ****.

Sorry Charlie but the census bereau does define "Hispanic" as an ethnicity. It was your bug fuck insane editorialist who doesn't. That quack actually had the temerity to try to define ethnicity as a social aspect rather than a genetic one. And then went a step further trying to assert that half of all "Hispanics" (the census bureau's term) were actually white not really hispanic at all. You can't make this shit up.

"why don't you actually look at the numbers on the Census Bureau as pointed out by the article I provided."

I did look at the numbers the article pointed out. They specifically said that the census study said that 46% of Americans would be white in 2050. NO FURTHER link to other data was provided! The quack editorialist then went on to fabricate some bullshit rationalization on their own that wasn't supported by the CB study.

If you are so stupid, naive and lsd pummeled as to believe that load of crap then please don't waste your frazzled mind trying to talk to me. I try to stay on the sane side of issues whenever possible. IOW the side you avoid.

You are getting worse by the post. How can your stupidity actually exponentially multiply this quickly? I know the CB defines Hispanic as an ethnicity and that is exactly what the article pointed out. He NEVER said "Hispanic is not an ethnicity." He actually stated the exact fucking opposite and said:

"Hispanic is an ethnicity."

Read the article again you dumbass. This next quote is directly from the 2000 CB Report:

"Nearly half (48 percent) of

Hispanics reported only White,

while approximately 42 percent

reported only Some other race,

when responding to the question

on race (see Table 10). "
Overview of Race and Hispanic Origin: 2000

Do you know what that means? Probably not so let me spell it out again. It means all those millions are identified as "white" by the CB and not Hispanic because Hispanic IS NOT A RACE YOU FUCKING SOOPER DOOPER ASSHOLE RETARD.

Cuba has government run health care.. See the movie Sicko and the 9/11 victims that were taken there for treatment cause they couldn't get it in the U.S.

They have better healthcare in Cuba than in the U.S. and I am curious to know why that doesn't bother conservatives??

If I watched "Sicko" I'd also have to see "Get Well Soon!" How the hell else would I know what was true or not? (Moore is always less of a documentary and I watched him get totally pwned by Hannity. Yes, the one on Box News.)

Got a link about the victims getting healtcare in cuba?

Rush Limbaugh was released from the hospital today. He spoke to reporters and told them he was in great shape. And then he said that the healthcare system works just great!!!! He had no problems and his care was excellent in the hospital.

I'm so happy for him, the big jerk!!!! I could not believe he was comparing his situation with all of the people in this country that don't have insurance. If I had any doubts about conservatives being selfish and lacking empathy, they have been totally erased.

as a Canadian, I can tell you that socialized health care and the single payer system leads to rationing and waiting lists. it is unavoidable. that is not a terrible thing for most people because it gives somewhat inferior service to everyone at the cost of excellent service to those who can pay for it.

The lack of alternatives is why Canada is a poor example to cite in this debate.
Other countries with universal healthcare also have the option to "top up" to private care for example in the UK
Where there are queues (which contrary to some lies are not in the case of life threatening conditions) those with private care can opt for their alternative private care as they can for any other reason, howerver because some things such as emergency room care and many other areas may be not different from the satate scheme the private insurance does not have to be as expensive.
The resulting difference is that the care system for all is better than any of the medicaid schems and not ruinous for people who have savings but get a chroinic conditions, while those who want private health care with all the bells and whistles CAN STILL get it
This might not be the best altenrtive, just one I am familiar with, but here are plenty of other sytems out there to consider.
Ultimately there are tax implications but, before we even mention this is a moot point agaiinst the amount that the US Governments spend on healthcare art the expense of the tax payer, I really think members of the GOP need to realise that things like schooling for kids and health go hand in hand as right that any citizen in a civilised wealthy capitalist society should have, and such a view is NOT Socialism. It saves money in the long run though achieving a better society with less crime and a greater ability to create wealth.

No offese to anyone, but all this fighting about healthcare for people is over what really? It's over legal issue isn't it, when we are talking about compassion for others and for people who need care isn't the best way to measure a society is how it makes progress in taking care of it's sick, and it's elderly?

Lol.....the inability to afford medical care is not = to a lack of insurance? Wtf? Makes perfect sense! If you can't afford the care you can't afford the insurance.

Moron, people live and die with and without health care and health insurance.

But being with or without health care/insurance is never the CAUSE of their death.

Name the pathology that kills people who don't have health insurance.

CLUE: NOBODY in Cuba has health insurance and yet their life expectancy is longer than ours. NOBODY in Cuba pays for health care and yet their life expectancy is longer than ours.

And LOTS of Americans pay for and have insurance and die anyway because the insurance company doesn't cover specific treatments that could possibly have saved their lives.

There is no cause and effect relationship between having insurance and living or dying except at a statistical level. Meaning a hypothetical level.

Clue; Cuba has a socialized health care system that has produced positive results for far less money than does the US system. Their life expectancy is longer, and their infant mortality is lower.

Now if you think that there is no corelation between having health care insurance in the US and life or death situations, just try going into the emergency room with a life threatoning situation, with no health insurance and no money. You will wake to reality quite quickly.
