The original claim made by kwc57 - the one that sparked this whole conversation - was that Obama sealed ALL of his personal records. The availability of his short form birth record in 2008 - as well as 6 years of tax returns in the same year - reveals that claim to be false.


What about that do you not get? How does Obama releasing his long form in 2011 mean he didn't release his short form in 2008?

The point is what he released in 2008 was not an acceptable Birth Certificate... If it was, explain to me why Obama felt the need to release his BC in 2011? This isn't that hard.

Not acceptable for what purpose? It shows his birth date as being in 1961 and his birth location as being in the USA - that's enough to establish him as eligible to the office of President . Congress certainly found it acceptable when they unanimously certified Obama as the President.

And my further claim is just like two years of Romney tax returns are not good enough for liberals and they want at least five more, Obama's BC isn't enough of personal records. Why is he hiding how he enrolled, his transcripts, his thesis, how he paid for school, etc? What is he hiding? If Romney is hiding something incriminating in his tax returns, then Obama is hiding something in all of those other records. Fair is fair.......correct?
