Obama is the first post-American President. Central to his worldview is rejecting American exceptionalism and the consequences that flow therefrom. Since an overwhelming majority of the world's population would welcome the demise of American exceptionalism, they are delighted with Obama.

One student interviewed after an Obama town hall meeting during his first presidential trip to Europe said ecstatically, "He sounds like a European." Indeed he does.

________

Obama is turning allies into enemies and enemies into allies; submitting the U.S. to international law; bankrupting us with socialist schemes both domestically and internationally; bypassing the democratic process and the system of checks and balances by governing through a proliferation of “czars”; and using global warming as a pretext to redistribute wealth from the First World to the Third World.

In the picture above, our president is clutching – also not accidentally – Fareed Zakaria’s book The Post-American World, which posits that American preeminence is giving way to a gaggle of competing new superpowers. Zakaria himself said of Obama’s overseas tour: “For America to continue to lead the world, we will have to first join it” – a clever, cutesy soundbite that is as logical as a Zen koan. What he’s getting at, and what Obama seems to be actively pursuing, is that America must cease being America and become just another actor in an ensemble cast. This is a prescription for national suicide and international disaster, not global utopia. Maybe instead, as Mark Steyn said in America Alone, the rest of the world should join America.

Nooo - Obama is not a Nazi-Satanist.

What he clearly is would be a Big Government Neo-Progressive.

That is far more dangerous as it is far easier to dress it up as something appearing politically legitimate in America.

Americans are finally waking up to what they elected in 2008 and 2006 though - and the reset button is about to be pushed HARD come November 2010...

Here is what author Pamela Geller recently said of Obama...

Barack Obama: his socialist internationalism, his ties to America-haters and anti-Semites, his race-baiting, and more. As president, Obama is presiding over America's decline, and is in many important ways the apostle of that decline. He is betraying Israel; warring against free speech; refusing to take real steps to stop Iran's nuclear program, despite the many genocidal statements Ahmadinejad has made against Israel, and the open contempt the mullahs have shown for his efforts to reach out to them.

If you quote Pamela Geller, nobody but another Looney Tune is going to take you seriously.

I dissagree. Nixon opened the door with his trip to China and Reagan smashed it off it's hinges destroying American unions.

Or perhaps it is as stated...

What should be obvious to anyone interested in the truth is that the global players like The major oil corporations, United Fruit and General Electric that only "claimed" to be American failing to get the job done using covert methods to ensure lower wages and unenforceable contracts in the third world had to change their tactics and created customers in other countries having drained all they could from the United States.

The systematic denegration of the American brand and our right to building the generational value of being an american has been deliberate.

Sycophants such as yourself are still trying to blame americans and protect those that profit from the conditions you cheerlead for.

I cannot say if you do it knowingly or are just caught up in the propaganda invested in our media to sustain the drain of american power to other countries for the benefit of multinational corporations.

So it appears you agree with me.

Thank you!

His apology tours and suing his own people in Arizona have led to most people seeing him as "Post-American" or even "Anti-American." He was born into an Anti-American family. He has been indoctrinated on Leftist/Marxist Anti-Americanism his whole life. It's who he is. You don't stay in a "Church" for twenty years listening to a nutter screeching "GOD DAMN AMERICA!!" and not believe in it. Anti-Americanism is a crucial pillar in the Leftist/Marxist ideology. Hopefully most Americans now fully understand what their current President & Democrats stand for. It's time to give the Socialists/Progressives the boot. Make 2010 & 2012 count people.

Buzzwords are meaningless in the real world. And your post is just a re-hashing of old, tired talking points.

Most things are rehashing of other things. That doesn't make them untrue or not worth reviewing.
In fact, Obama grew up in a liberal environment that generally saw America as the problem in the world. The USSR was not a problem. They wanted to expand only to counter American imperialism in the world. If we unilaterally disarmed, they would too.
Nonsense like that.

His own actions have made it understandable that so many Americans consider this current President to be "Post-American" or even "Anti-American." His apology tours and suing his own fellow Americans in Arizona on behalf of the Mexican Government & Illegals really has turned off many Americans. I believe this is what he has always been. He was raised on that Leftist/Marxist "GOD DAMN AMERICA!" stuff. He can't change who he is. It's far too late for that.

This President has been indoctrinated with Leftist/Marxist Anti-Americanism for many years. He can't change any more than a leopard can change its spots. He is "GOD DAMN AMERICA!!" It is what it is.

I disagree. Unions destroyed themselves.

OK. Point taken. The unions got greedy to a point that they "helped" bury themselves but we needed them to helop fight off the World Trade Organizaqtion. Without a true "buy American voice there was little to stop the tide of jobs outsourced.

So let me put this another way. Were unions worse than what we have now? Was there no fixing them...just shitcan them and let the WTO take over?
