Coming to a foreign place without knowing anyone and having a language barrier can definitely put you into a very disadvantaged disposition.

This is a common problem among expatriates. They would be assigned to work in another part of the world without connection and are expected to get their way through everything. Lucky are those who are already provided with lodging by their own companies while others, especially those who are not affiliated with anything and are jumping into job opportunities in a foreign place for the first time, struggle to get over the culture shock while providing for their own lives. How nice it would be to have everything you want and need before having it? How perfect it is to come to foreign land and discover that you already have shelter, transportation and food prepared for you?

There are companies who provide comfort and easier lifestyle for expatriates in other countries. The Peterson Group Bespoke Condominiums and Residences is one of the few companies that offer luxury condominiums and housing provisions for expatriates in Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and Jakarta, Indonesia. Moreover, services such as maid services, personal chauffeur, subjective interior designing, pet services and other special requests are also included in their facilities. The company has been providing services for five years and has been able to satisfy dozens of expatriates over the years.

However, in the most recent poll review for property provider in Singapore, the Peterson Group tops the list with the worst reputation to uphold.

Several expatriates claim that they have been scammed into believing of the true intentions of TPG for them. Some even stated that they were tricked into paying for The Peterson Group which claims to be the direct financial partner of some of the most well-known condominiums. Other complaints include low quality of condo units which do not meet standard expectations on a luxury home, failure to provide special services when needed, poor customer service relationship and others.

As of now, there are hundreds of members signed up with The Peterson Group in four of their branches in the Asia-Pacific. According to an internal source, 3% of their revenue dropped from 2014 as complaints continuously pour in. 2015 records the lowest number of clients.

As of now, no formal complaints were filed against the Peterson Group but several former members are planning to take legal action against the company.

The administration in the Peterson Group is purely corrupt. They do not even have a steady system.

Their customer service is the worst that I have faced in a company. Their people are rude and irate.
