I predicted your argument in the op where I said (They have legitimate grievances: Translation = It's OK for them to loot, vandalize, destroy, assault, and etc ..." We aren't supposed to focus on black deviance, we're supposed to focus on the grievances of criminal blacks that were injured while resisting arrest (who would have had no problems from the police had they not resisted arrest). Indeed, there is an epidemic of black men resisting arrest with zero evidence that the rate of black men getting hurt exceeds that of white men resisting arrest. The difference? Blacks are more inclined to support their thugs (What you call a legitimate human rights issue) than whites. The true legitimate human rights issue is that blacks are disproportionately responsible for violent crime. A legitimate human rights issue is that 12% of the population are responsible for 50% of the nations murders. A legitimate human rights issue is that 12% of the population are ignoring their own deviant behavior and blaming the police for the ills they brought upon themselves.

Oh yes, get our your popcorn when jobless uneducated blacks supported by rich white privileged communist/anarchists/socialists take to the streets on a warm summers night to destroy their own neighborhood. In Ferguson cold weather and snow stopped the thuggery. Rioting is really a summer sport you see. We got a whole summer ahead of us. There doesn't need to be. You got your check in the box out of the way and then transitioned directly into how sad it was that I ignored the "human rights issue." The transition was the "but." You, on the other hand, ignore the violence to focus on a fictional human rights issue. You fail to realize that by your standard BOTH are human rights issues. But the police will have their day in court. The thugs will get away with their thuggery. No "snitchin" yall!!!
