Facts lead to conclusions, often the wrong conclusions. Some people did get stimulated by the stimulus funds. They were mostly Obama's big contributors, and union members. The rest of America got nothing more than the bill.

The vast majority of those union pay checks bought consumer goods that were made in China and other foreign countries. They also got stimulated.
