The Need For Health Insurance Is Real.

Not at all, Dave. We have a system where a few individuals get very wealthy off of the misfortune of their fellow citizens. And it shows in our standings in health of our citizens.

Excellent, the millionth reference to the ridiculous WHO study. People continuously point to the US ranking in that study and use it to justify the need for universal health care or universal health insurance. Guess what. The study itself used universal health insurance as one of the main measuring sticks for the rankings.

Touche.

So instead of mandating everyone pay into insurgence, fucking with a system that is working, jacking with peoples money, Why didn't he just fund walk hosipitals of their own or make more mobile clinics. The problem with the insurance/private sector is that they are having to absorb all of the uninsured peoples costs now. The uninsured are bankrupting the system and causing medical to shoot through the roof.

So great idea, make government hospitals where all are welcome. With or without insurance. Please feel free to go there and get all the general and emergency care you want. Just leave the rest of the country out of it.

I personally would love to see how many bleeding heat people are willing to volunteer their time to help staff something like this to off set the costs of providing care to the masses.

Americans need HEALTH CARE, not health insurance.

Obama screwed the pooch on his HC reform.

Seriously, its a total FAIL, far as I can tell.

obama's problem is he thinks he has the midas touch. Every good executive knows that upon issuing orders one must drop back occasionally and follow up. The devil's in the details. This seems to escape him.

The scary thing is that it appears as though Obama is one of the following on the issue of health care and health insurance:
a) willfully ignorant of how things actually work in health insurance (including all the changes it has experienced over the years that make it largely not fit the definition of insurance anymore)
b) knows how these things work, but is deceptive and disingenuous about the policies he supports
