Additionally, blockers are only to be used for extreme cases in which the trans ID has been claimed since young (early onset) and only in the case of research. . They will not be used for so called rogd (later onset) cases.

They do say that a trans identity may be temporary and short term and psychological/psychosocial support is enough to end it while banning medicalization in many cases and even forcing "detransition" in some cases. One is more direct than the other, but both get to the same point.

I'm not sure that's what they are saying. I think they're saying adopting a trans identity could be a way of coping with other issues related to wanting to reject their body and that psychological support can draw those issues out. In the case of Chloe Cole she was raped at a young age. I'm not sure her doctors ever knew about that.
