Only, instead of a class of 'Untouchables" its created a privileged class, where everything is handed to them, carte blanche, and a servile class, the ones who earn the income to provide them with their Government mandated largess through extortion via taxation. In the meantime the servile class has been relegated to a Second Class citizenship status in this nation of supposedly "all equals".
