Depends on context. If used like in the OP, I see nothing wrong, but if I were to call someone "******", regardless of my race, then yes.
 
This is why the Islamic Center is being proposed at Ground Zero.

Some have no empathy.

No understanding of the racial pain that thousands of years of slavery and the racial slurs used to remind them. You are one of those I would put forward.

Depends on the context. You use it in the wrong context, and we'll tell you. You do it again after we tell you, and we'll make sure you don't. :)

It is entirely up to the individual. Personally, I don't, because of it's historical context. I dislike the word.... and I tend to judge people harshly who use it.
Why? What in particular do you find so dislikable about it's "historical context"?


Are there any other words that you dislike?

If so...why? What the fuck do you have against words?
