As to your Casey quote, you may want to apply the same level of cynicism to it that you do to all things American gov't.

Every experiment designed to "prove" the moon landings were faked has failed. Russia, no friend of the US at that time and wanting to be the first on the moon, would have dearly loved to be able to prove the radio broadcasts from the lunar lander were actually coming from the earth, but could tell they originated on that big round thing in the night sky. The films of the astronauts bouncing around on the moon's surface show them moving exactly as they should in the moon's gravity and lack of atmosphere. Tell you what, present your "evidence" that we did not put anyone on the moon. I could use a good laugh and an opportunity to squash more idiotic ideas.
