With regards to Jewish representation in the ruling Politburo, it Waned very rapidly starting in 1918. It began with the Assassination of Moisei Uritsky.. in August 1918. Then Yakov Sverdlov died.. in March 1919 and Sokolnikov was Shunted aside. Three years later in 1922, Jewish members in the Central Committee, the Politburo's new name, had Shrunk to a Minority of 3: Trotsky, Zinoviev, Kamenev. Eventually they were ALL physically eliminated by Joseph Stalin: Zinoviev and Kamenev in 1936 and Trotsky in 1940.

It's important to understand the implications of this comment. What he is talking about when he says "the Jews reacted" is the deliberate and knowing genocide by Jews and the Jewish dominated Bolshevik party of 20 million white Christian Russians between 1917 - 1928 in the Soviet Union.

Let's unpack this a little:

1. In his mind, when the Jews committed a Holocaust against Christians, they weren't being Jews, they were being Russians. So the Jews, you see, are blameless because they didn't commit the crime they committed.
2. Furthermore, the Russians had made the Jews become Russians. So they are doubly innocent. (This is a common argument from this poster.) Jews didn't commit the crime they committed when they were forced to commit it.
3. The Russians forced the Jews to become Russians by not "shutting the fuck up with their obvious Jew hatred". So, because Russians hated the Jews, the Jews were forced to slaughter 20 million Russians.

Perhaps Indeependent is an isolated lunatic and is not representative of Jews in general? I wish that were the case, but he is all too typical. You can test this out yourself. Just try getting any Jew to own Jewish responsibility for the genocide Jews committed against Russians in the first decade of the Soviet Union's existence.

And since Russian Holocaust victims can be blamed for causing their own slaughter, try asking any Jew if Jews bear any responsibility at all for the Jewish Holocaust at the hands of the Germans. No, they'll call you a Jew-hater for even asking. Press them on the issue and they will claim the Germans had some sort of genetic or cultural predisposition against Jews and one Saturday afternoon, without warning and for no reason whatsoever, the entire German nation was seized with an implacable hatred of Jews and immediately tried killing as many as possible. The Jews did nothing wrong at all according to every Jew I've ever debated this with. According to them, they studied hard and did well in business and that was the source of this hatred that was so intense it caused Jews to turn into Russians and slaughter 20 million Russian-Russians, and, a decade or so later, caused Germans to slaughter six million Jews.

And, don't forget, if someone "hates" you, and you kill them for it, you are no less a murderer.

Well, you might be thinking, thank goodness Americans don't hate Jews or we'd have genocides breaking out all over the place. Not so fast. It doesn't matter if you think you don't hate Jews. Do you think all 20 million of those dead Russians actually hated Jews? Of course not. And if you object to Jews controlling our press, and our financial institutions, and Hollywood, you ipso facto hate Jews. In fact, if you even claim, however accurately, Jews control our media, Hollywood, and financial institutions, you are a Jew-hater.

In truth, hatred of Jews has nothing to do with the Jewish impulse to genocide. The roots of that impulse can be found in the founding documents of Jewish culture and identity.

The Russian Jews were extremely oppressed under the Czars like much of the rest of the country. When kings don't care about the people revolution becomes reality. Marx came up with communism, but non-Jew Lenin brought it to the country. Stalin enforced it and one of his prime victims were the Jews.

The Jews had no power in Russia and were a high oppressed minority that is why they fled to the West and Israel.
