They are saying Feinstein didn't release it sooner because Ford was asking for anonymity. Most likely, Feinstein knew it would go nowhere unless the accuser was willing to come forward, so she sat on it.

Putin bought off Trump by giving him the election. This was all done so that Trump would pull out of the Paris Agreement on global warming. Why? Putin knew full well that doing so would escalate global warming, hence causing Hurricane Florence to attack the US.
