I haven't a clue what scientists have to do with federal aid unless you are talking about research, but do you have any stats on # of felons vs.scientists? Don't bother. You've embarrassed yourself enough.

And it's odd, the states with the most pregnancy between 15 and 19 are nearly all Red States and the states with the most live births could all be red states:

10.Oklahoma

Are all of those states red? Not sure.

Now the really odd part? Even though the percentage of births is higher among minorities than among non-Hispanic whites, the TOTAL number of births AND miscarriages is vastly higher among non-Hispanic whites because there are more. In any case, the overall number of unwed mothers, regardless of race, is a disgrace.

And considering the white's record on "planned parenthood", what do you want to bet that out of all those white childen, girls from Republican families have the majority of those births, miscarriages and probably STDs.
