If you're morally opposed to putting Khalid Shaikh Mohammed through a military tribunal and believe that Attorney General Eric Holder's decision to try him in civilian court is a great expression of democratic values, you ought to be up in arms about this: In your name, at President Obama's orders, our country is arbitrarily killing people in a foreign land. By the hundreds.

Are you trying to prove that opposing a tribunal trial is wrong,

or that there are people with inconsistent and/or hypocritical positions in the world?

By the 'logic' of the OP wouldn't it thus be hypocritical to even support a military trial?

It is not hypocritical to support military tribunals. Justice is served, military secrets are kept....a military trial is what KSM should get since he is a foreign enemy combatant of America...

...btw do you have any idea what kind of "trials" OUR soldiers get if they're captured? Don't believe you'll hear of one....kinda hard to attend a trial when you've been beheaded...or being used for propaganda purposes...

George Washington used military tribunals....the Nuremburg Trials were military tribunals...bottom line....military tribunals get the job done....you libs don't seem to understand we are AT WAR with determined muslims who wish to kill or subdue us and our way of life...

Predators= Silent Death
