Constant fantasy on the right that the Left is going to bail on Obama.

While this is a cool fantasy, and I would dearly love it to happen, it is not how they roll.

They stuck with Clinton from felony to felony. They defended him beyond the last ditch.

The same Barney Frank and Anthony Weiner.

They invest too much of themselves in their furhers to turn on them even as the whole edifice crashes around them.

You come on this board, and November 10,2012 the lefties on this board will still insist he was right and will still insist he won re election even if he looses every single state and DC.

Agree it's a fantasy about the left bailing on Barry. But some, not many, will although not in numbers near enough to affect the election outcome per se. However, his downfall could be when those non-votes are combined with independents and others who don't support him next go-round.

I believe his biggest problem will be voter turnout.

Call me racist if you wish....but it is not that I am racist....I just refuse to be politically correct in a debate.


The first time around....

Many voted who normally dont so they can be part of history and say they voted for the first black President.

Many youngsters voted who normally wouldnt becuase of the "wave" that was created. Obama was hip and the young got caught up in the election. To many of them, he is now nothing more than the establishment.

Finally whereas the democratic candidate will always get 90+ percentage of the black vote (be him/her black or white), I believe the turnout of black voters will be smaller than last time around as it is no longer a history making election.

I believe if voter tunrout is normal, Obama will be voted out of office.

Obama's leftist special interest voting base desires socialism - thats something he cannot give them, especially with all these American patriots devoted to defending our Constitution.

For example: gays expect Obama to pander to their agenda, however the blacks whom the strong majority voted for Obama are generally anti-gay. So of course Obama will take the 12% of blacks that will vote for him over the 2% of gays, or even less than that who are democrats who want their agenda to be progressed.

Obama is not a man of morals, ethics or principals - hes a clown that panders for popularity, to appease all that he can..

The guy isn't president to lead our country - hes president because it was a personal goal, which is why hes such a bad president... He reached the top now hes clueless...

All these clowns pander for votes, and its not only democrats its republicans too.

The sad part is that people just go with the flow and select those who offer them the most without thinking about others, and the majority of that burden falls on the democrats, in which only care about the present but don't think (or care) about the future.

This is because the voters only care about the present.
Knowing this, politicians from both sides of the aisle, who only care about votes, are quick to offer what is best for today's people.

Congress is at fault for being short sighted....but I blame the voters for being selfish.

I am not happy about looking toward a retirement at 70 instead of 67, because Congress has to change the system. Probably have to work longer anyways, due to needing a more expensive health care supplement, because Medicare has to drop benefits. Taxes will probably go up too, because government has no self control. Still, if this is what has to happen for future Americans to enjoy liberty, so be it.

But after participating in the debate and collecting the information from both sides, I have adjusted my position...agreed with you...and added the reason WHY I believe his overall popularity rating is what it is...and added how I viewed his future campaign.
