Starts with articles, moves to books, then back to articles, then talk radio, punditry on TV, then articles:

"But even the angriest people on the right tend to be funny."

This is true, though I think the left beats us overall in that category. Seems those with a sense of humor end up looking better than the dour.

Who's funny on the left? Seriously though, the reason that talk radio's successes are right wing, is because they are entertaining. Same with print, though people that read the paper aren't as needy for a yuk with their news. ;)

LOL - the left manages to be entertaining without meaning to, I think!

news papers are a much different animal than talk radio.

not as much of a choice in any one market. LA for example only has one major newspaper, ONE, the LA TIMES. And its a blatantly liberal rag with no scrupels that both times now has come out with supposed sex scandals on arnold during the election campaign.

another thing is, when you buy a paper, many people only read the sports.

And, many people only read the paper occasionally, but its easier to have it delivered and toss it five days a week, and read it a couple of times, than having to buy it at a stand.

air america is an abysmal failure. Its going bankrupt. Listnership has always been pathetic.
The hosts are arrogant, conceited, hateful LIARS. All they know, like the dems, is attack, attack, attack. No new ideas or plans. They hired a bunch of comedians to host it, literally, and those idiots THINK they are funny because they are making themselves and the others in the studio laugh, but what comes across the air is not only NOT funny, but downright boring and hateful. But in spite of this, they wont change. They are a bunch of losers.

Huffington is a real ****. I would love to bitch slap her. Preferably in front of her dyke lesbian boy/girlfriend.

It's telling that that sentence seems to have jumped at more than one of us.

That's why I love reading Ann Coulter columns. She's absolutely hilarious. It's a rare Coulter column when I don't laugh out loud at least once.

I look forward to new Ann Coulter column the same way I used to look forward to a new Dave Barry column.
