He does not say he is a "good friend", he says he has known him for a long time, and is fond of him. Regardless, for this "lawyer" to push the notion that the burden of proof falls upon the accused presents the antithesis of American justice. We fought wars to escape that Inquisitional-style nonsense.

By your own words you prove you lack even the rudimentary understanding of law and the process of law in the US. These hearings are not a court of law and the rules of evidence change. Go bother someone else with your tripe.
