"The Law Is A Ass..."

It seems that you don't realize the corner you've painted yourself into....
...if the perp were left-handed, and wanted to show the wounds were made by a right-handed dude, you'd be down with the body parts being provided??

I'd give him pictures of them and allow him to have his own medical experts (if he has any) examine the bodies. No reason to provide him with the body parts.

"The alternative would be to let the State decide if, when, and to what extent someone accused of a crime can access the evidence to be brought against them at trial. That would be a lot worse, imo."

Shouldn't this guy be on the business end of a shiv by now? :eusa_eh:

Is there nothing we can count on anymore?

we can count on any perversion being accepted as long as they believe it is their right :cuckoo:

Sadly enough I see perverts becoming more accepted, some people see is just as a sickness where the people need therapy or a lifestyle.

Defining Deviancy Down

In 1993, one of our greatest statesmen, Sen. Daniel P. Moynihan (D- N.Y.) published one of the most important pieces of social theory entitled "Defining Deviancy Down." Moynihan started from Emile Durkheim's proposition that there is a limit to the amount of deviant behavior any community can "afford to recognize" (called the "Durkheim Constant"). As the amount of deviancy increases, the community has to adjust its standards so that conduct once thought deviant is no longer deemed so. Consequently, if we are not vigilant about enforcing them, our standards would be constantly devolving in order to normalize rampant deviancy.
